Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides support through sales administration, research support and internal coordination to ensure client needs are met on time, every time.

Responsibilities include:

Support the implementation of internal/external projects through:

  • Engaging with clients pre and post-sale
  • Putting together presentations
  • Completing and updating proposals
  • Following up on proposals
  • Doing company research
  • Setting up appointments
  • Lead follow up
  • Funnel updates/management

Support the execution of business operations through:

  • Connecting with people on LinkedIn
  • Updating multiple CRMs
  • Clearing accounts
  • Organizing and maintaining distribution lists
  • Setting up email campaigns
  • Changing chat-flows, updating forms
  • Document preparation, copying, filing, responding to emails/mail
  • Arranging travel and accommodations

Experience and Skills Required for the Sales Coordinator role:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment; you can prioritize effectively, escalate and follow-through on expected deliverable(s) within set deadlines and arising urgent matters
  • A self-starter who is driven to learn; proactive with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Engages at high level of efficiency, integrity, and with attention to detail
  • Prior sales, marketing, or project management experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry helpful but not required
  • Keen analytical, organizational and time-management skills
  • Above-average skill set in Microsoft Office’s suite, including MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Type:   Hourly Freelancer, (15 hrs/week);   Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 12 Noon.
Experience:   3 + years experience
Compensation:   $25/hr

Location:   Remote Working Arrangement; need to be able to come to London, Ontario for projects and team meetings
Reports to:   Business Partners
